We will refund the cost of the item minus a 10% restocking fee, shipping charges cannot be refunded as they are already paid for. We will need you to ship us the item you wish to return in the same condition it was sent to you. We encourage you to purchase insurance on your return item.
We package all egg ornaments to survive the shipping process and to arrive to you in perfect condition. All efforts are made to insure safe arrival of the items you have purchased. If for some reason you have received a damaged item, please contact us immediately at 719-499-3427. Take pictures of the damaged item, as well as a picture of the shipping box and label. Email all pictures/documentation to email@example.com.
